Runtime: claude

Claude Code or the Claude Agent SDK (@botgumi/claude-runtime, stub).

• Instructions: CLAUDE.md contains only @AGENTS.md.
• Roles: the generator copies the role files into .claude/agents/, so they load as Claude Code agents.
• Orchestrator: claude --agent orchestrator --model <agents.orchestrator.model>.
• Workers and reviewers: claude -p --agent <role> --model <model> "<brief>", or the Agent SDK with the same role file.
